Pickling + Fermenting Masterclass

TIME: 2:30-4pm

LOCATION: The What If Society Studio, Moss Vale

This unique two day* workshop will introduce you to the wonderful world of Pickling + Fermenting.

Now we all know how amazing fermented and pickled foods taste, and that's not the only thing they have going for themselves. They are also great for your gut health AND they help us preserve our veg for even longer, preventing them from rotting and going to waste. 

DAY ONE

In our first class we will be talking to you about the benefits of pickling and fermenting. Talking you through the processes behind fermentation and our pickles + ferments.

You will taste a range of our own favourite pickles and ferments + then get onto making your own. We will supply you with 4 jars to fill - two ferments + two pickles.

DAY TWO

Now you'll notice that the second date for this workshop is one month after the first. This is where the saying "good things come to those who wait" could not be more true. We leave our ferments to do their thing for at least one month. We'll start this class by opening and tasting our ferments and then go on to showing you how we cook with ours so you can go home confident in adding your creations to your home meals.
