THE WHAT IF SOCIETY DELIVERY AND RETURNS
This page (along with the documents referred to on it) tells the customer The What If Society Delivery and Returns Policy.
DELIVERY
Delivery is offered in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales for a fee.
Please ensure when entering your delivery address that it is correct as we do not offer refunds for deliveries to addresses that have been incorrectly provided to us by the customer.
Once your products have been delivered, ownership of the contents of the delivery will transfer to you.
We require someone to be at the address to accept the delivery unless you have specifically stated that you are happy for us to leave the delivery in a safe place. Please note if we have been advised to leave in a safe place we will send you a photo of your delivery and from then the delivery becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We supply you with a delivery window calculated by location. If you are not in when we attempt to deliver, and no further instructions have been left on your order, a re-delivery fee may apply.
PICK UP LOCATIONS
We offer an option to pick up from our Studio in Moss Vale. Please note that if you select 'pick up in store' as your delivery option you will need to wait for a confirmation email with a specified delivery date and time before you can pick it up. Our Studio is open Wednesday - Saturday 7am-2pm and Sunday 7am - 1pm.
Pick up location: The What If Society Studio, 55a Throsby Street, Moss Vale, 2577 NSW.
RETURNS
Merchandise returns: Are accepted within the first 14 days of purchase if your product is damaged, faulty or the wrong size. Returns will only be granted if products remain in the same clean condition (unworn, undamaged) as they are when delivered.
All other returns: If a product is faulty, damaged or unusable on delivery, the What If Society must be notified within the first 24 hours after purchase. Returns or exchanges may be offered subject to discretion. See ACCC consumer laws to cross check our returns guidelines.
